About Us
Together we are ushering in a new era of medical care. Our virtual practice will bring high-quality, evidence-based care right to you. Tell the kids and grandkids you are on the cutting edge! And yes, the video platform is convenient and reliable, but what we are focused on is our model of caring… for the well-being of you, your brain, and your family.

Our focus is to help everyone maintain a healthy brain throughout life. We will help you know how to keep your brain healthy, and when necessary, we will diagnose and treat the common disorders that affect the brain.
Our Mission
My Memory Clinic provides high-quality, compassionate, and accessible virtual care focused on promoting brain health and caring for patients and family caregivers facing life with Alzheimer’s disease or other related disorders. The My Memory Clinic team of specialized providers delivers comprehensive care including risk assessment and prevention, as well as diagnosis, treatment, and daily care support throughout the entire course of these challenging conditions.
Our Vision
To be a world-class memory clinic promoting brain health across the lifespan and, when needed, provide individuals and family caregivers with compassionate and highest-quality care for any form of memory loss or other cognitive decline.
Our Story
For 5 years, Dr. Rosemary Laird and Nurse Practitioner Maureen Rabazinski worked side by side in a traditional office setting caring for patients with Alzheimer’s disease and related disorders. Their team included medical social workers who added support for patients and family caregivers facing a wide range of challenges from aging and illness. Everything was going well, until COVID.
Like everyone, our usual process of caring for our patients and families was impacted by the pandemic. As they say, necessity is the mother of invention. We quickly created a process of caring for our patients through video calls and after some initial bumps, we found our rhythm. We discovered we can provide our unique form of compassionate and comprehensive specialty care via Zoom  in the comfort of the patients' homes! As the pandemic restrictions lifted many of our patients and caregivers asked if we could continue the virtual visits. They noted privacy, avoiding traffic, and reduced overall time required as important benefits. They made such a good argument; how could we refuse? 😊
